This is a very powerful essential oil and it should never be used pure. It can be diluted  in an oily carrier for example 0.5%. However, it is possible to put in a drop in a teaspoon of honey and an infusion bowl. In this form it is recognized antioxidant, disinfectant, and helps to regulate bowel movements. It calms fermentations.
